Windows NT _does_ sound good based on what little I know... but 12-16 MB
just to run the OS "comfortably?" Seems like (dunce hat on) much of the
overhead might be reduced by leaving out all the networking, security
and SMP stuff that would just get in the way of basic LW rendering use
on a non-networked workstation.
What we need is a WindowsNT.GetSmall.
(I know, that's rather like wishing for a good scotch that doesn't
make your head hurt: unlikely.)
...or would that be OS/2 Warp?
